These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Margivo, a profit-analytics service operated by LEDS GET IT LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Wyoming, United States. By creating an account or using Margivo, you agree to these Terms.
Margivo combines your store’s sales data with your advertising spend and costs to report net profit, P&L, and related analytics. The service is provided for informational purposes; it is not accounting, tax, or financial advice.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any store or advertising account you link to Margivo.
Margivo connects to third-party platforms (such as Shopify, Meta, Google, and Amazon) only with your authorization, and accesses them on a read-only basis to retrieve sales and advertising data. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms. You can disconnect a platform at any time, which deletes the stored credentials and synced data for that connection as described in our Privacy Policy.
Features may be offered free of charge (including during beta periods) or under paid subscription plans. Prices and plan terms will be presented before you subscribe, and material changes will be communicated in advance.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other merchants’ data, reverse engineering, disrupting the service, or using it in violation of applicable law or of the platform policies of connected providers.
Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We process the minimum data needed to provide the service and do not sell personal data.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Reported figures depend on data provided by connected platforms and on the costs you configure; we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. Verify important figures against your source systems before making business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEDS GET IT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using Margivo and delete your connections at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, data deletion follows the process in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
